Working with MiSi provides total access to our engineering team.   Our engineers assist with design support as required and assure that your product performs as required.   

Quality and Inspection Service

At MiSi, we are devoted to our customers satisfaction via punctual delivery, meeting contractual requirements and by our continuous improvement in all areas of our business.  

All manufactured products are 100% inspected before leaving our facility for delivery. Throughout the manufacturing process we implement quality checkpoints to monitor products at all stages of manufacture. Manufacturing is monitored through our MRP system from beginning to end; each production run assigned a work-order number allowing our staff to track material throughout all phases.

In addition to the tracking of manufacturing process we perform first article inspections.  Internally we require first piece inspections on all production runs. Our quality control personnel have access to many assembly specific documents to ensure correctness, reliability, and overall quality of final product. To supplement customer documents we create complete and descriptive assembly instructions outlining the processes each assembly goes through.

We adhere to industry standards such as J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC-WHMA-A-60, professionally created documentation that outlines manufacturing guidelines.

Our organization is AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified with all organizational processes documented.  To ensure quality, we perform regular internal audits validating our processes and confirming that processes are up to date.
